Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Tapped Out is free to use. Right now the site has no ads and no affiliate links. We plan to add them to cover costs, and this page explains how they'll work.

Affiliate links

Some pages show product suggestions. If you buy through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Product boxes will be labeled.

Advertising

Ad spaces will be labeled “Advertisement”. Advertisers don't see or influence our data, formulas or wording, and we don't accept payment for coverage.

Independence

Commissions and ads never change a calculator's formula, a water figure or a recommendation. We're not affiliated with any utility or the EPA. See our privacy policy for how ad cookies work.
